Happy Holidays!

Wow! Christmas is awesome! I just want to say thanks to everyone for the cool stuff...I got clothes, books, toys...you'll all be getting a special email from me later! I do have to say that I will be a very fashionable baby at day care real soon!

I even got a White Christmas! Check out the photos of Mom, Dad, and I in the snow!

I am getting big and yesterday I smiled for Mom and Dad! I'm just going to include several photos...so you can all enjoy watching me grow!

Reese's Weekly Goings On...

Time for another update...I've been a busy girl since I last blogged.

Dad went to Texas for a few days and Mom had me all to herself!

We went to Mom's investment club meeting...okay, it was a bunch of ladies eating, drinking, and paying attention to me!

Dad, Mom, and I also went to Mom's work holiday party...I was also the center of attention there...and did a really good job of behaving myself!

I've also helped decorate the Christmas tree and wrap presents...I think you will all love what we are sending you!

A Month Goes By...

I can't belive it...I am a month old already!!!

Mom took me for my one month check up and you will never guess how big I am?!

8lbs 14 oz and 21" long

The doc said I look really good and that I should keep up the good work!

Here I am, on my one month birthday, not too stylish, but that's because I spit up on the cute outfit Mom had me in...Dad was being goofy and set my up to watch a movie with him here!

What else did I do this week...well, Mom, Dad, Aunt Bobbi and I went to the scuba shop's open house...I slept through most of that trip. Mom and I visited day care centers...Mom's working on that.

And on Friday, Mom and Dad went to Dad's work party...and I stayed home! Not by myself of course, first JR and Bridget came over to watch me for a bit and then Aunt Bobbi hung out with me for the night. I tried to be good, but I was sort of fussy for Aunt Bobbi and wouldn't go to sleep.

Then Saturday we took Aunt Bobbi to the airport and I hung out with Dad. Then Mom and Dad took me to get the Christmas tree...it was snowing and so pretty outside! I stayed in the car while they picked the tree out. Now today, Mom and I are getting decorations out and Dad's at the Bronco game!

Resting After My Trip...

I'm back with a short update since my trip to Texas...

Aunt Bobbi is out for two weeks to see me...okay and do a short internship at a vet's office. I've been trying to be really good and not cry too loud when Mom needs to get up and feed me at night!

This week I spent time sleeping and shopping with Mom and Aunt Bobbi and I even went to lunch and dinner out at restaurants this week! Mom's friend Heather came for a short visit too...

My First Road Trip

Sorry it's been so long since my last post...Mom hasn't given me a chance to get on the computer since we returned! You'll get two updates today!

It was a long drive from home to our first stop...Snyder, Texas. So here I am kicking it and taking a much needed nap!

In Snyder, Dad introduced me to PaPa (Dad's Dad) and Mimi (Dad's grandmother).

And I got to make my first trip to the farm!

After spending a couple of days in Snyder, we headed over to Austin to see the rest of the family and have Thanksgiving, watch some football, and see Aunt Candice marry Uncle Tim!!! There was a lot to do and I got to meet so many family members!

And Dad and I got to watch the Aggies beat up those darn Longhorns! Don't I look cute!!!

My Uncle Damon, Aunt Stacy, Uncle Chris, Aunt Jo and my cousins all came up to Austin to meet me and watch the game with Dad and I!

It was great...Aunt Jo took a ton of cute photos of me. Mom has to get those saved so she can help me put a couple of them up here for you all to see too!

After the game, Mom took me to Aunt Candice's rehearsal dinner...I was very well behaved, but made Mom late! That will probably be a trend with me!

Mom, Aunt Bobbi, Aunt Candice, and Teresa (Aunt Candice's best bud) decided they needed to go out for a drink (something I should know nothing about till I'm older!), so Mom asked Grandpa and Heidi to watch me for a while...it was great fun kicking it and taking a nap.

Next day was wedding day, and I spent most of the day with Dad and Nana...Mom was helping Aunt Candice get ready for her big day! I got to attend a little bit of the reception, Nana helped get me all dressed up so I could get a couple pictures with everyone! Mom needs to get those saved too...

Then it was time to pack up and head back home...of course we ran into some bad weather as we headed back to Snyder. My first snow storm and it was in Texas! Dad got us to Snyder and we stopped for the night...then loaded back up on Monday and made it to Colorado in time for some Monday Night Football!

Reese's Update

Wow, I can't believe how fast a week goes by...that's right, I'm already more than a week old! And I've been pretty busy since my last update...my doctor's visit on Monday was a success...I gained weight and that little bit of jaundice was gone.

Of course, while I was there...the whole weigh me and take my diaper off sort of didn't go so well...Dad got a little wet when he tried to get me diapered back up again!

Then on Tuesday, Mom and I went shopping! I got some adorable outfits and mom found a couple new things for her too.

Now its Wednesday already and I had another small adventure...Mom and I went to get her dress ready for Aunt Candice's big day and then we stopped at her work to drop some stuff off...and I got to show off my cute self! I enjoyed the office so much that Mom had to change my diaper twice and feed me! Then it was off to see Dad at his office for a few minutes...and then home for a nice nap on the couch.

More to come...Mom and Dad are getting ready to take us to Texas!

Thought I would give you all an update of my goings on for the past couple of days...

Friday I went to see my pediatrician...so Mom snapped this photo of me in my cute green striped outfit. They checked me out and took a little blood sample...and I go back on Monday for another check up.

Now Saturday, it has been a ton of fun. First, Dad and I watched a little College Game Day and then tuned in for a little Michigan, a little Texas A&M, and a little Ohio State. As you can see, Dad was supporting his team...although they didn't fare all that well!

Then, Mom said, lets go for a walk! So, she loaded me up in my new stroller with Dad, Katie, and Addie too. That was fun and it made me take a nice nap!

I also made my first trip to the grocery store today...whew, what a busy day! Now, its time for me to go to sleep!

I like holding hands with dad.... He let's me squeeze as hard as I want. You wouldn't believe how strong I am.

Mom and Dad brought me home today. I met the "girls"-Katie and Addie. They are not sure what to make of me, but soon I will rule the roost!!

My 2nd Day...

Well, I've had all of my checkups today...pediatrician, nurses, and mom's doc too and they all say I'm doing perfect!

Dad is becoming a pro at the diaper and burrito wrap thing! Mom and I are working on the feeding thing too. Aunt Candice says that she's just like the rest of the family and enjoys eating!!!

I'm not a fan of my hat, although I look sort of cute with it on! I cry every time Dad or Mom or one of the nurses have to fuss with me, but other than that I try to be pretty good for my parents.

We'll I better get going....Aunt Candice is going to put up more pictures for me later...

Look at how happy my mom and dad are!!! They didn't mind at all staying up all night with me while I got ready to join the family.

Baby Reese joined the world today!!!!

I will post for baby Reese today but look for more pictures and exciting news from her in the next few weeks. Her debut has been caught on several cameras and pictures will be added this afternoon!!!

Reese is a tiny bundle of cutie perfection! As her aunt I am totally unbiased but I think she might be the cutest thing since sliced bread!!! She came into the world in a hurry and knowing her mommie she will keep moving at the speed of light from now on!

This blog is a way for Holly and Stacy to let everyone know how Reese is doing and how cute she is at any given moment of course, but it let's us the friends and family comment and post to the family.
